As a missionary to Middle Tennessee, I’m always looking for creative tent-making ventures to support the ministry of making disciples and launching simple churches. And I’m super excited to let you know I have a new product available—both through my Substack platform and directly on its website.
If you know me, you would guess that I’m an 📝 incessant taker of notes 📝, particularly Bible notes, quotes, draft teaching outlines, and other forms of Bible tidbits that I want to hold onto for later use. Over the years, I have lost more notes than I have held onto! Which DRIVES ME CRAZY!! 🤪
That’s always frustrated me so much, enough so to fix the problem!

The Options on the Market Don’t Solve Your Problem!
For like twenty-five years now, I’ve been trying different software apps and looking for one that meets two primary criteria.
The ability to store notes, quotes, outlines, and other Bible Study material that I wanted to keep for future reference, without having to dig through limitless tools to do so.
The ability to search, filter, and bulk print exactly what I wanted when I needed it.

The two most common problems I faced were tools that either required a 🚀 rocket engineer degree to operate or that didn’t offer the features I needed to solve my problem.
With all the new app-building tools on the market, I decided to take matters into my own hands and build a tool that finally had everything I had been looking for for years! I finally got ‘er done with Simple Bible Tools! And, so far, I (and a few others who are using it) LOVE IT! ♥️

Simple Bible Notes
This web application is what surfaced as I started solving the problem of too much or too little in the Bible note-taking app world. It is trimmed down and simple with no distractions, and it doesn’t take an 🧑🎓 advanced degree to operate.
Just highlight a verse and start adding a note, article, teaching outline, SOAPS study, or quote related to the verse. And you can even cross-reference that item with other verses across the Bible, with inline tags that make it easy to access in future study.
