Well, that sounds like a lot of challenges all piled up on each other. Without much time to reflect what are some nuggets of wisdom that you would share with some of us younger chaps?
Short anwer is we've been using lucidchart the past few years. It is cheap and powerful. Just last month we switched to a custom tool that we built. I love disicple.tools, I used it for some time too, but it's pretty complicated to set up. I'll DM you with a longer answer.
It is visualizing and recording the eighth wonder of the world, as Einstein said, because it records what Jesus taught about Compound Interest. Jesus said that sowers throw their seeds on different kinds of soil that do not reproduce or increase. His instructions were clear: look for soil that can reproduce crops of 3, 60, and 100%!
So when he told the disciples to "Go make disciples..." he had a strategy in mind. Go find people of peace who are more likely to respond positively to your seeds. Ignore the wolves!
In Ephesians 4: Paul instructed leaders on how to choose those who are more likely to be ready to learn, grow, and reproduce. Leaders are to identify those with gifts and equip them to "Do the work of the ministry." Focus on equipping the gifted among you who are already given the abilities to care, counsel, teach, and serve.
Interest in intentionally doing this will pay off in a miraculous multiplication of mature ministers. Good soil naturally compounds the interest on whatever capital Christians invest. This is one more reason The Golden Rule is important. We assist those who are overwhelmed by burdens but challenge those with manageable loads to learn to manage. We do not do for others what they can do for themselves!
I had a spreadsheet with 600 people on it who could identify their gifts, strengths, service focus area, and training needs.

What tech do you recommend? I’ve been using Canva for our efforts here south of Chicago near Indiana border. Kind of clunky though
